Scrambled eggs for breakfast? Why not? It’s just as healthy as taking a smoke break

I recently watched the documentary What the Health and learned a great deal about the false claims the food industry makes about “healthy” foods. One that caught my attention is the fact that eggs are considered socially to be a healthy part of breakfast. To my surprise i learned that one egg can contain as many carcinogens as FIVE cigarettes. If i wasn’t eating eggs before, i definitely wouldn’t be now. Below are some resources supporting this claimed used in the documentary
